Claims (1)
- 排気管の途中に設けられ、排気ガス中の酸素濃
度を検出する酸素センサと、該酸素センサの上流
側に位置して前記排気管の途中に設けられ、該排
気管内に大気を導入するエアバルブと、エンジン
の運転領域が前記酸素センサによる空燃比の制御
領域にあるか否かを判定する運転領域判定手段と
、該運転領域判定手段によつて空燃比の制御領域
外であると判定したときに、前記エアバルブを開
弁させて排気管内に大気を導入するエアバルブ作
動手段と、該エアバルブ作動手段によつてエアバ
ルブを開弁させたときに、前記酸素センサの応答
時間が所定時間を越えるか否かを判定する応答時
間判定手段とから構成してなる酸素センサの自己
診断装置。
