を溶解させた状態となる。密封容器1内の水6に含まれ
る酸素の常温における溶解度(容量による)は、大気雰
囲気における常温の水に対する酸素分の溶解度7〜s
ppmより十分に大きくするため、15ppm以上、好

させた水6を噴射させる。この際、酸素を多量に含む水
6の噴射状態は、噴霧状態としてもよいし、直進的な注
水状態としてもよい。その噴射の速度娘、3m/sec
程度以上にすることが好ましい。なお、実施例における
バルブ3は、多量の酸素を溶存させた水6のみを放出さ
せるようにしたものであるが、その水6と共に密封容器
1内の圧力酸素5を放出させる形式のものを用いてもよ
い。この場合、噴射ノズル2は水と同時に酸素を噴射す
