動回転させ、第11図及び第12図のように前記
押圧頭42及び挾持頭43間の結束テープ9の一
側上方から他側下方に斜めにカツター65を移動
させ、前記テープ9に対してカツター65を略直
交させてテープ9を切断する。このとき、前記テ
ンシヨンカム54がテンシヨンプーリ55から離
れ、前記カム54によるテープ9の緊張を解除す
ると共に、スイングカム52の再挾持部Fにカム
フロワ軸53が移行し、第19図のように結束ア
ーム3を若干降下させて前記挾持頭43の半円形
ノツチ43aにピンチローラ11を嵌着させ、前
記テープ9の切断部を前記挾持頭43に接着させ
る。そして前記スイングカム52のアーム復帰部
