Means for Solving the Problems However, in the present invention, when a resistance greater than the work load is applied to the working part on the tip side of the binding arm that moves up and down in a reciprocating manner to bind vegetables, it is moved in a direction opposite to the reciprocating direction of the binding. The acting part and the driving part are connected to the driving part on the base end side of the binding arm so as to be bendable in the non-working direction, and a fulcrum crossing spring that maintains this posture when the working part is bent in the non-working direction. It is characterized by being connected between

Function: Therefore, even if a foreign object is caught during work, the working part of the binding arm is bent and supported to the non-working side, so even if the binding arm is continuously forcibly driven, there is no chance of the worker's fingers or foreign objects being caught. It can prevent the binding arm from repeatedly operating in the soldered state, and can be handled safely by minimizing personal injury and damage to the binding arm.
Compared to the conventional method, it is possible to easily improve the bundling work efficiency and the handling operability.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 13, the binding arm is configured to sandwich the tip of the binding tape 9 with the tape pressing head 42 and the tape clamping head 43 and lift it to the uppermost position. The tape 9 is stretched between the tip of the tape 9 and the binding operation case 14. and,
As shown in Figure 19, a bunch of vegetables such as spinach 104
Place the vegetable bundle 104 on the binding table 16 so as to wrap the binding tape 9 around it, and press down the work operation plate 50 with the hand holding the vegetable bundle 104. The work start switch 51 is turned on and the stop solenoid 31 is temporarily turned on. The stop lever 30 is pulled and the stop claw 30a is engaged with the locking notch 2 of the stop cam plate 21.
At the same time, the operating switch 36 is turned on to rotate the motor 10. In conjunction with the motor 10, each cam plate 21, 22, 2
3 and 24 rotate, and the arm elevating cam plate 23
The cam floor shaft 53 is moved along the tape winding part A of the winder cam 52, and the tip side of the binding arm 3 is suddenly lowered. At this time, the tension cam 54 of the tape tension cam plate 24 presses against the ring belt 56 of the tension pulley 55, rotates the tension pulley 55, rewinds the binding tape 9, holds the tape 9 under tension, and When the cam floor shaft 53 reaches the descending deceleration part B of the swing gum 52, the descending speed of the binding arm 3 decreases,
When the cam floor shaft 53 moves to the tape adhesive part C, the binding arm 3 temporarily stops and the tape guide groove 3 of the tape guide plate 15 moves as shown in FIG.
The tape presser head 72 at the tip of the binding arm 3 is brought into pressure contact with the binding arm 3, and both ends of the binding tape 9 wound around the vegetable bundle 104 are bonded together at the same time as the binding operation cam plate 22
The binding operation roller 45 is in sliding contact with the binding cam 44 of
Tape receiver lever 40 resists lever return spring 81
Then, the tape clamping lever 41 is rotated to remove the clamping end of the tape 9 from between the pressing head 42 and clamping head 43 of each of the levers 40 and 41. As shown in FIG. 21, the pressing head 42 comes into contact with the stopper 82,
When the tape clamping lever 41 further swings and rotates against the tape clamping spring 80 and the lever return spring 81, the cam floor shaft 53 moves to the cutting preparation part D of the swing cam 52, and the binding arm 3 further descends to release the clamping member. The pinch roller 11 is pressed against the upper corner portion 43b of the head 43, the tape 9 is tensioned between the tape guide groove 37 and the clamping head 43, and the upper end of the tape receiving lever 40 is brought into contact with the intermediate lower surface of the tape 9. The cam floor shaft 53 moves to the tape cutting portion E of the swing cam 52, the binding arm 3 temporarily stops, and the timing pin 58 turns on the tape cutting switch 59, energizing the tape cutting solenoid 66. to swing and rotate the cutter lever 63, and move the cutter 65 from above one side of the binding tape 9 to below the other side between the pressing head 42 and the clamping head 43 as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, The tape 9 is cut by making the cutter 65 substantially orthogonal to the tape 9. At this time, the tension cam 54 separates from the tension pulley 55, releasing the tension on the tape 9 caused by the cam 54, and the cam floor shaft 53 moves to the re-clamping part F of the swing cam 52, so that it is bound as shown in FIG. Lower the arm 3 slightly to fit the pinch roller 11 into the semicircular notch 43a of the clamp head 43,
The cut end of the tape 9 is glued to the clamp head 43. When the cam floor shaft 53 moves to the arm return portion G of the swing cam 52 and the binding arm 3 begins to rise rapidly, the binding operation roller 45 separates from the binding cam 44 of the binding operation plate 22, as shown in FIGS. 23 and 24. Tape clamping spring 80
With the pressing head 42 and clamping head 43 of each lever 40, 41 pressed together, the lever return spring 8
1 causes the levers 40, 41 to move back, and when the cam floor shaft 53 reaches the ascending deceleration section H of the swing cam 52, the ascending speed of the binding arm 3, which has been raised rapidly, decreases, and the swing cam 52 goes into arm standby. When the cam floor shaft 53 moves to part I, the binding arm 3 is temporarily stopped at the highest position, and at this time, the stop claw 30a of the stop lever 30 comes into contact with the stop step 26 of the stop cam plate 21, and the actuation switch is turned off. 36 is turned off and the motor 10 stops due to inertial rotation, the stop claw 30a engages with the locking notch 27 of the cam plate 21, and in this way the binding arm 3 is stopped at the highest position. At this time, the arm standby portion I of the swing cam 52 is formed by an arc centered on the axis of the cam shaft 18, and the cam floor shaft 53 of the binding arm 3 is formed by an arc centered around the axis of the arm shaft 5. The cam floor shaft 53 is moved around the arm shaft 5 so as to displace the upper part of the cam floor shaft 53 so as to be substantially orthogonal to the tangent of a circle centered on the cam shaft 18.
Since the swing cam 52 swings back and forth, even if an external force for vertical movement is applied to the binding arm 3 at the highest position, the swing cam 52
A cam floor shaft 53 abuts against the side edge of the binding arm 3 to stop and support the binding arm 3.
