６はツエナーダイオード、４，７は抵抗、Ｖｃｃ
は電源の＋側、ＧＮＤは電源の一側、ａは入力端
子である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタと、このトランジスタのベースと
    エミツタ間に設けられた抵抗と、上記トランジス
    タのベースとコレクタ間にその出力から入力方向
    が逆方向になるよう設けられたツエナーダイオー
    ドとから構成した回路を２段に直列に接続し、上
    記一方のトランジスタのコレクタをコイルを介し
    て電源に接続するとともに、ベースを抵抗を介し
    て電源に接続し、他方のトランジスタのエミツタ
    を電源に接続するとともに、ベースを入力端子と
    したことを特徴とするブラシレスモータの駆動回
    路。
