Claims (1)
- 液晶パネルの後部に光源が配置されて、前面か
らの外光の強度状態に応じ、反射モードで使用し
たり前記光源を使用した透過モードで使用したり
する半透明型液晶デイスプレイにおいて、前記液
晶パネルと前記光源との間に、駆動電源の印加又
は無印加に応じて前記外光を反射したり前記光源
からの光を透過したりする液晶シヤツタを設けた
ことを特徴とする半透明型液晶デイスプレイ。
