Claims (1)
- プラズマ細管を複数接続して放電路を構成し、
当該放電路の両端にそれぞれ電極とブリユースタ
窓を備えているイオンレーザ管において、前記プ
ラズマ細管は、円筒の両端部にそれぞれ外周を取
り巻く溝を有する円筒部材を、中心部に貫通孔を
有する外囲器の前記貫通孔内に挿入し、前記溝に
金属リングを嵌め込んで前記円筒部材を前記外囲
器に固定した構成となつていることを特徴とする
イオンレーザ管。
