Claims (1)
- ソケツト端子に電気接続された電極部材の電極
面に導電性の針状接触子群を設け、対向する電極
部材をばね圧で内側に押圧し、前記対向電極部材
の各接触子群を半導体装置のリードに圧接し、リ
ードとの電気接続をなさしめるとともに、前記対
向電極部材の電極面の間隔を外部からの操作によ
り広げ、半導体装置のリードを挿入・離脱せしめ
る機構を有することを特徴とする半導体装置用ソ
ケツト。
