Claims (1)
- 液体ヘリウム流送パイプと、この液体ヘリウム
流送パイプの外周面を遮蔽するシールドパイプと
、このシールドパイプの外周面に巻き付けられた
断熱材と、この断熱材の外周囲を束ねる環状のク
ランプ部材と、上記シールドパイプを内部に収納
する真空パイプとを有する液体ヘリウム用トラン
スフアチユーブにおいて、上記クランプ部材には
３本以上の外周側位置規制ピンと、３本以上の内
周側位置規制ピンとが互いに異なる位置にそれぞ
れ放射状に配置され、上記外周側位置規制ピンは
外側、内周側位置規制ピンは内側にそれぞれ突出
して取付けられ、外周側位置規制ピンの先端は真
空パイプの内周面と接触するとともに、内周側位
置規制ピンの先端はシールドパイプの外周面と接
触するように構成され、上記内周側位置規制ピン
は熱伝導度の十分に小さい材料によつて形成され
ていることを特徴とする液体ヘリウム用トランス
フアチユーブ。
