In addition, when this type of panel is attached with metal fittings, it is less likely to be damaged than when the panel is attached alone, but when an impact is applied to the panel, it may fall to the ground in pieces. There were disadvantages that made it extremely dangerous. Additionally, the rigid panels had the problem of breaking during an earthquake. Furthermore, fragile, hard materials such as ceramic panels have large manufacturing tolerances and are difficult to fit during construction.

Moreover, it provides a composite panel that is easy to integrate the mounting material and the ceramic decorative material, is easy to construct, and is durable, weather resistant, and has excellent heat insulation properties when a heat insulating material is interposed in the gutter-like part. be.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned panel, and the upper part shows a composite panel on the mounting material, the ceramic decorative material H, the adhesive 21 provided as necessary, and the core material 22.
and a back material 23 are integrally formed. To explain further, the mounting material 1 is, for example, formed by roll forming a thin metal plate as shown in FIG. Connecting portion], and a male connecting portion is formed on the other side edge. That is, the upper part of the female connecting part is the engagement groove 7 formed at the lower end of the side wall 6 and the protruding piece 8.
and a tongue piece 9, and the male connecting part U bends the lower end of the side wall 11 of the gutter-like part 4 inward, extends it as it is, and then bends outward to provide a fitting groove 12 for fitting. An extension part 14 extending the lower edge 13 of the groove 12 outward, a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent inward or outward, and a protrusion 16 provided as necessary.
It was formed from To explain further, side wall 6.
11 are each molded into a patterned shape, and are formed in dimensions such that they can be elastically engaged with both ends of the ceramic decorative material H.

The angle is about 0 to 80 degrees and θ3 - about 10 to 80 degrees, and the shape is such that the ceramic decorative material H is easily engaged and difficult to separate. In addition, the ceramic decorative material H is molded into a gutter-like cross section formed from a mounting surface 3 on the mounting material, a locking portion 18.19 that fits into the side wall 6.11, and a decorative surface portion 20, as shown in FIG. 3, for example. It is the body. The materials include cement extrusions, earthenware fired from clay extrusions, porcelain, earthenware, etc.
It is made of one type of calcium carbonate molded product or calcium silicate molded product, and is preferably a fired clay product with excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and frost damage resistance, formed into an arbitrary shape. In addition, the size and plate thickness are set to be from 4 to 501 m in width and from 10 to 1000 m in width depending on the size and width on the mounting material or the purpose.

Furthermore, the adhesive 21 bonds the mounting material 1 and the ceramic decorative material U together, and prevents the ceramic decorative material H from falling off the mounting material, and since the member itself is fragile, it may be damaged or cracked due to an impact. It prevents debris from falling and harming passersby when an earthquake occurs, prevents it from falling off when cracks occur due to an earthquake, and also serves as a buffer material in the event of an earthquake. It is. The shape of the adhesive 21 is arranged flush, linear, or dotted over the entire surface, and the thickness is 0.1 to 3 +n, or in the case of foam adhesive, it varies depending on the expansion ratio. It is up to about 1 to 6 mm. The materials include pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesives (mainly rubber-based), rubber-based adhesives (butyl rubber, acrylonitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene rubber, urethane rubber, natural rubber, synthetic rubber), and synthetic resin-based adhesives. (vinyl acetate, phenolic resin, etc.), resin elastomer adhesives, asphalt adhesives, and heat-resistant adhesives (silicate-based, phosphate-based, aron ceramic-based). It is also a molded foam with double-sided adhesive tape attached to the front and back surfaces of the urethane foam. In addition, the core material 22 is made of one of urethane foam, polyisocyanate foam, phenol foam, and styrene foam, and the back material 23 is a single composite material or sandwich material made of one or more of kraft paper, aluminum foil, and asbestos paper. It is.

化することもできる。Next, to briefly explain the manufacturing method, as shown in Fig. 2, a mounting material made of a thin metal plate with a thickness of 0.27 to 1.0 mm is prepared, L (0.3 mm in the figure) is prepared, and a ceramic decorative material is prepared. Several types of clay were mixed as U and extruded using an extruder (not shown) as shown in Figure 3, and heated to 800-1450°C.
A plate having a thickness of 4 liters after firing was prepared, and a pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive 21 was applied to the entire surface to a thickness of about 11 mm on the inner surface. Note that the width W1 of the amount of attached material is, for example, 2201
, θ1=90°, the inner width W2 of the ceramic decorative material H was 218 mm, and θ3=45°. Therefore, the locking portion 18 of the ceramic decorative material U is locked to the side wall 11, and the locking portion 19
The adhesive 21 is pressed clockwise until it comes into contact with the mounting surface 3, and after being pressed for a while with a roller, mold, etc., it is shaped into a film to obtain a composite panel as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to insert and insert the ceramic decorative material H into the mounting material amount, as shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to draw it in the direction of the arrow, and after inserting and inserting it, it can be removed and integrated.

In addition, instead of simply forming a ceramic plate with poor impact resistance and a thin metal plate with elasticity and formability into one body, each of the above characteristics can be effectively utilized by using a layered adhesive that serves as a cushioning material and adhesive. . ■Ceramic decorative material and thin metal molded plate can be easily integrated. It has the following characteristics.
