。 符号１１は電磁コイル、１２は中空ボビン、１
３は固定鉄心、１４はＬ形ヨーク、１５は永久磁
石、１６は形ヨーク、１７は可動鉄心、２０は
弁本体、２１はサブベース、２２は供給ポート、
２３は出力ポート、２４は弁ゴム、２５は弁室、
２６，２７は弁座、２８，２９は流体通路、３２
は舌状部材、３３は手動操作部材である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁コイルを巻回した中空ボビンと、該中空ボ
    ビンの内部に固定した固定鉄心と、該固定鉄心の
    一端部に密着し永久磁石を介在したヨークと、該
    ヨークの他端面と接触し該接触部を中心に回動し
    て前記固定鉄心の他端面と密着又は開離する可動
    鉄心とを有し、該可動鉄心が前記固定鉄心に密着
    した自己保持状態において前記永久磁石、ヨーク
    、可動鉄心、固定鉄心による閉磁路を構成するこ
    とを特徴とする自己保持形ソレノイド装置。
