供給されるオア回路と、前記ACアダプタからの
直流電源が供給されている時、前記オア回路の出
力によりリセツトされ、リセツト解除後タイマ動
作を開始し、所定の設定時間になると電流切替信
号を送出するタイマと、前記ACアダプタからの
直流電源にもとづき出力端側に接続される蓄電池
に対して通常充電を行い、前記タイマから前記電
流切替信号が供給されると前記蓄電池に対してト
リクル充電を行う定電流回路とを備えてなること
