- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ３本のスチールフイラメントから成る中心基
本構造と、この中心基本構造のまわりに配列した
９本のスチールフイラメントからなる一層の同軸
層とを、同一方向、同一ピツチで撚合わせたコン
パクト撚り構造スチールコードにして、同一コー
ド断面内において中心基本構造のスチールフイラ
メントの１本のみと接する同軸層内のスチールフ
イラメントの撚り角度を７３°以上７８°未満と
したゴム物品補強用スチールコード。 ２ 中心基本構造を同一径のスチールフイラメン
トで形成するとともに、同軸層内の少なくとも１
本のスチールフイラメントの外径ｄｓを、中心基
本構造のスチールフイラメントの外径ｄｃよりも
小さく、ｄｃ／ｄｓ比を１．０３〜１．２５とし
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のゴム物
品補強用スチールコード。 ３ 同軸層のスチールフイラメントを同一径とし
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のゴム物品
補強用スチールコード。 ４ 同軸層は、中心基本構造の２本のフイラメン
トと共通に接触する当該同軸層内のスチールフイ
ラメントの線径につき、中心基本構造のスチール
フイラメントの線径と同径、残りの当該同軸層内
のスチールフイラメントの線径は、中心基本構造
のスチールフイラメントに比しより小径とした組
合わせになる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のゴム物品補強用スチールコード。
