スタであつて、 前記電界効果トランジスタを形成している半絶
縁性基板と接続させるためのバイヤホール２１(1
)〜２１(4)を所定位置に設けた各ソース電極３０
(1)〜３０(4)を、前記電界効果トランジスタを構
成するドレイン２の櫛型部分を挟み、且つ前記ド
レイン２の櫛型部分との間に挿入される第３の電
極であるゲート電極１のリード引き出し部分１(1
)〜１(6)とクロスすることなくそれぞれ独立に配
置したことを特徴とする高周波用電界効果トラン
ジスタ。
