Claims (1)
- 本体に対してシール状態に保たれた作動部材が
流圧体で移動可能に組付けられた被測定物のリー
ク及び移動状態測定装置であつて、前記被測定物
の本体と作動部材とで構成される作動室に、所定
の流体圧を作用させてリークテストを行うリーク
測定手段と、該リーク測定手段によるリークテス
ト時に作動部材の移動状態を測定する移動状態測
定手段とを設けたことを特徴とするリーク及び移
動状態測定装置。
