Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide connection to an object which is difficult to be connected according to conventional arrangement by pinching a connecting fixture by a clip and thereby fixing it. CONSTITUTION:A connecting fixture consists of a conductor connecting part 11, a clip 12 for fixing, a part 13 for receiving electrical signals, and a part 14. This part 14 is to adjust the length of the part 13 for receiving electrical signals and includes a built-in spring for connection of its end with the part 13, and is connected with the connecting part 11 by the use of a cylindrical member which is of the same material as the part 13 and encloses it totally. Thereby the base board bias of a semiconductor device is fixed by pinching the package part of the semiconductor device by the above-mentioned clip 12 and the part 13 for receiving electrical signals is put in contact with the base board bias to permit transmission of the electrical signals to elsewhere.

[Problem to be solved by the invention J] Conventional connecting devices have a shape that can be clipped with an alligator clip as soon as the connection is made, a banana plug that can be inserted into the electrical signal receiving part (5), and an IC clip that can receive electrical double-digital power. It cannot be used unless it can be hooked on part (8). For example, when measuring the substrate bias voltage of a semiconductor device, the above connection device cannot be used as is.

For this purpose, I slightly shaved the & substrate bias connection part (15) in Figure 5 with a file, soldered a thin conductive wire here, and measured by hooking the part (8) of the IC clip that receives the electric signal to this conductor. Ta. (See Figure 5C) This required a great deal of time and effort.
