ツチ、Ｖｏは制御回路入力電圧、Ｒは固定抵抗、
ＶＲ１は可変抵抗である。

Claims (1)
- Ｘ線を数ミリ秒のパルス状に連続してＸ線ばく
射する場合にＸ線管電流を制御するためのＸ線管
フイラメント制御回路において、フイラメントの
電子冷却が無視できる程度の短時間のＸ線ばく射
を数回行い予め所定の管電流が得られるよう調整
された加熱電流設定値入力回路と、この加熱電流
設定値がＸ線のばく射期間だけ設定管電流に比例
した電圧と加算されるための設定値補償回路とを
具備していることを特徴とする、Ｘ線管フイラメ
ント制御回路。
