室外制御用圧力スイツチ１０のＯＦＦ作動時には
前記室外フアン８，８のうちの１台の運転を停止
せしめ如く作用する室外フアン運転制御手段と、
前記室外制御用圧力スイツチ１０の第１回目のＯ
ＦＦ作動後において所定時間経過後に前記温度セ
ンサー１１からの検出温度が所定値に達した時点
でサーモＯＦＦ状態となす如く作用する圧縮機運
転制御手段とを付設したことを特徴とする空気調
