冷媒サイクル管路の途中にあつて、圧縮機から圧
送される冷媒の環流方向を切換えるロータリー式
四方弁と、該四方弁から前記室内熱交換機並びに
室外熱交換機に通じる冷媒サイクル管路中の温度
を検出する温度検出回路と、前記ロータリー四方
弁を切換操作するドライバー回路と、前記温度検
出回路からの温度検出信号を受けてドライバー回
路に操作司令を入力するマイクロコンピユータと
からなり、冷媒サイクル管路中の温度の適否から
運転モードの切換操作を可能にしたことを特徴と
