とからなる空気調和機において、前記室外ユニツ
トＡにおける空気温度を検出する空気温度検出手
段８と、前記室外ユニツトＡにおける冷媒温度を
検出する冷媒温度検出手段９と、前記空気温度検
出手段８により検出された空気温度と前記冷媒温
度検出手段９により検出された冷媒温度との差温
が所定値以下となつた場合に前記室外フアン６の
運転を停止すべき指令を出力する制御手段１０と
を付設したことを特徴とする空気調和機。 ２ 室外フアン６を付設してなる室外熱交換器２
を備えた室外ユニツトＡと、圧縮機１、膨張機構
３および室内熱交換器４を備えた室内ユニツトＢ
とからなる空気調和機において、前記室外ユニツ

段８と、前記室外ユニツトＡにおける冷媒圧力を
検出する冷媒圧力検出手段１１と、前記空気温度
検出手段８により検出された空気温度と前記冷媒
圧力検出手段１１により検出された冷媒圧力に相
当する冷媒飽和温度との差温が所定値以下となつ
た場合に前記室外フアン６の運転を停止すべき指
令を出力する制御手段１２とを付設したことを特
