る第1切断刃を取り出して示す正面図、第4図は
同装置におけるストリツプ刃を取り出して示す正
面図、第5図は同装置における第2切断刃の一つ
を取り出して示す側面図、第6図は同第2切断刃
の正面図、第7図は同装置における第2切断刃の
もう一つを取り出して示す正面図、第8図は同第
2切断刃の側面図、第9図は同装置における上方
のブロツクの駆動構造を示す正面図、第10図は
同装置により処理される電線群を示す平面図、第
11図および第12図は同装置による切断・スト
リツプ工程を示す説明図、第13図は同装置が適
用された電線処理装置の概略構成図、第14図は
同電線処理装置におけるクランプの把持部を示す
部分拡大図、第15図および第16図はシールド

Claims (1)
プ、第2絶縁被覆が順に形成された径の太い導線
部と、芯線の回りにシールドテープ、第2絶縁被
覆が順に形成された径の細いアース線部とが前記
第2絶縁被覆により横方向に一体化されてなるシ
ールド線の切断・ストリツプ装置において、前記
シールド線を挟むように対置され、前記シールド
線に対して近接離反するように動作する一対のブ
ロツクに、線方向に対してほぼ垂直に前記シール
ド線を切断する第1切断刃と、この切断刃に対し
てやや離れた位置において線方向に対してほぼ垂
直方向に前記導線部の第2絶縁被覆およびシール
ドテープに切り込みを入れれ、前記アース線部に
は接触しないストリツプ刃と、前記第1切断刃に
よる切断位置および前記ストリツプ刃による切り
込み位置の間に互つて、線方向に沿つて前記導線
部および前記アース線部の間を切断する第2切断
刃とがそれぞれ装着されていることを特徴とする
電線の切断・ストリツプ装置。 (2) 芯線の回りに第1絶縁被覆、シールドテー
プ、第2絶縁被覆が順に形成された径の太い導線
部と、芯線の回りにシールドテープ、第2絶縁被
覆が順に形成された径の細いアース線部とが前記
第2絶縁被覆により横方向に一体化されてなるシ
ールド線と、このシールド線に並列されたデスク
リート線とを含む電線の切断・ストリツプ装置に
おいて、前記電線を挟むように対置され、前記電
線に対して近接離反するように動作する一対のブ
ロツクに、線方向に対してほぼ垂直に前記電線を
切断する第1切断刃と、この切断刃に対してやや
離れた位置において線方向に対してほぼ垂直方向
に前記シールド線の導線部の第2絶縁被覆および
シールドテープに切り込みを入れ、前記シールド
線のアース線部および前記デスクリート線には接
触しないストリツプ刃と、前記第1切断刃による
切断位置および前記ストリツプ刃による切り込み
位置の間に互つて、線方向に沿つて前記シールド
線の導線部およびアース線部の間を切断する第2
切断刃とがそれぞれ装着されていることを特徴と
