Claims (1)
- コイル載置台に載置した鋼帯コイルをインナー
ケースで囲い雰囲気ガス中で加熱処理する熱処理
炉の雰囲気ガスシール構造において、前記コイル
載置台をセラミツク製とし、前記コイル載置台の
中心に貫通孔を設け、前記貫通孔にガス供給管を
貫通させるとともに前記貫通孔と前記ガス供給管
の間の空間に粒状耐火物を充填して雰囲気ガスの
供給側のガスシール部となし、かつ前記コイル載
置台の上面外縁に粒状耐火物を充填した環状溝を
設け、前記環状溝に前記インナーケースの裾部を
埋没させ雰囲気ガスの排出側のガスシール部とな
したことを特徴とする熱処理炉の雰囲気ガスシー
ル構造。
