[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a connection device for a side gutter using a tension pull beam for use in a prefabricated type side gutter using precast concrete members.

Conventionally, as a side gutter using a precast concrete member, there is one in which concrete blocks for a side gutter are integrally molded and have a U-shaped cross section and are continuous in the longitudinal direction. This integrally molded block generally has good workability, but the larger it becomes, the heavier it becomes, making transportation and construction difficult or virtually impossible. Furthermore, although blocks are usually produced in factories, it is difficult to produce large blocks using formwork. Furthermore, depending on the topographical road plan etc. of the gutter installation location,
Another drawback is that the cross-sectional shape, height, etc. cannot be changed appropriately.

Therefore, prefabricated gutters are used for large gutters and gutters with slopes. A well-known example of such an assembled gutter is one in which pillow materials are laid out at predetermined intervals in an excavated trench, factory-produced side walls are erected on top of the pillow materials, and the bottom of the gutter is made of cast concrete on site. .

However, since the side walls are unstable during construction, in order to prevent the side walls from collapsing until completion, methods such as supporting the opposing side walls and the back side of the side walls with square timbers have been adopted. It takes time and effort. In addition, because the side walls of deep ditches are high (for example, height H≧1000 mm), they cannot be supported fully and there is a risk that they may collapse during backfilling with earth and sand before completion.

As described above, in the conventional assembled gutter, it is difficult for the panel itself to stand on its own even if it is placed on the pillow material, and it takes time and effort to construct the side wall, such as having to insert square timbers in order to make it stand on its own. Furthermore, since the excavated trench naturally has irregularities and the soil quality is not necessarily uniform, the width will vary, and as a result, the required length and position of the square timber will differ. Therefore, with a certain number of square timbers, there will be areas where the square timbers will not fit, which will affect stability, and it will also be necessary to change the length of the square timbers, which is also poor in workability. In addition, some large side wall members weigh nearly 1 ton, and if the side wall falls due to some reason, such as a square timber coming off, workers working inside the excavation trench (for example, when installing square timber, it is necessary to work inside and outside the side wall). ), it poses a great danger to human life.

The gutter connecting device of this invention was devised to solve the problems of the conventional methods as described above. That is, a notch is provided at the upper end of the side wall member constituting the side gutter, and a locking raised part is formed at the fitting recess and at a position inside the side groove of the fitting recess and protruding upward from the bottom surface of the fitting recess. Further, at both ends of the beam member that connects and fixes the upper end of the side wall member, a locking fitting portion that fits into the fitting recess and is locked to the locking upright portion, and a locking fitting portion that fits in the fitting recess and is locked to the locking upright portion, and Contact portions that contact the inner surfaces of the side walls are formed at positions on both sides, and simply by spanning the beam members and fitting them together, the side walls are connected and fixed and stabilized.

The drawing shows the state in which it is used in a prefabricated side gutter. In the drawing, 3 is a pillow material, which has a roughly triangular cross section that tapers downward. (distance) so that the top surface is horizontal.

On this pillow material 3, two precast side wall members 1 are installed in a state in which they face each other at right angles to the pillow material 3, and constitute a gutter side wall portion. The lower end portions between the opposing side wall members 1, 1 are connected and fixed by bolts 10. This bolt 10 is connected to the side wall member 1,
The sheath 9 is penetrated between the sheath 9 and the sheath 9.
Since the flange-shaped parts provided at both ends of the flange are in contact with the inner wall surface of the side wall member 1, when the bolt 10 is tightened, the sheath 9 also serves as a spacer, and the length of the sheath 9 is directly inserted into the side gutter. It becomes the width.

On the other hand, locking fitting parts 7 are formed at both ends of the beam member 2, and the locking fitting parts 7 are fitted into the fitting recesses and are locked by meshing with the locking standing upper part 6. 1. A contact portion (contact surface) 8 is formed to contact the inner wall surface. Therefore, when the beam member 2 is bridged between the opposing side wall members 1, 1, the locking fitting portion 7 of the beam member 2 restrains the displacement of the side wall member 1 in the outward direction, and the contact portion 8 is placed between the side wall members 1 and 1. The member 1 is restrained from moving inward.

In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the beam member 2
The position of use is the joint position of the side wall members 1, and the side wall members 1 that are continuously installed are also connected and fixed in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, it is also possible to use the beam member 2 at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the side wall member 1, or at both the intermediate position and the joint position.

This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the distance between the side wall members is maintained by a simple operation of fitting and locking the locking fitting portions at both ends of the beam member into the notches formed at the upper ends of the opposing side wall members. Since displacement in both the inside and outside directions is restrained, the side wall member becomes stable by itself. Therefore, there is no need for square timbers, etc., and the workability is also good. Furthermore, when used at a joint portion in the longitudinal direction of a side wall member, connection and fixation in the longitudinal direction can also be performed.
