- 一軸方向に回転自由なローラと、前記ローラを
保持するホルダと、前記ホルダを上下動させ、Ｉ
Ｃソケツトの蓋の開閉力を一定にするシリンダと
で構成されるユニツトをソケツト開機構及びソケ
ツト閉機構としてＩＣソケツトの搬送ラインに沿
つて配置したことを特徴とするＩＣソケツトの蓋
開閉機構。
