【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は自動車ドアの水漏れ防止機構に関す
る。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a water leak prevention mechanism for an automobile door.
従来、自動車のドアイの内部に設けた内側パネ
ルロには、ドアに関連した部品を組み付ける作業
用の作業穴ハを開けてあるが、雨降りや洗車の際
に車体の外部からドアガラスニの昇降口ホを通つ
てド内部に浸入する水ヘが、内側パネルロを伝わ
り更に作業穴ハを通つて車室内側に漏れて来る。
これを防止するため、作業穴ハとその周辺部分に
ポリエチレン或いはビニール等のフイルムを素材
としたウオーターシートトを接着剤等を用いて貼
り付けているが、ウオーターシールトの貼着の不
完全な場合には水が漏れ、その漏水は内側パネル
ロを覆うためにドアイの室内側の開口チに取り付
けたドアパツドリの下側部分の周縁ヌとドアイの
開口チの周縁ルとの隙間から室内側に漏れて来る
ことが多く、ウオーターシールの貼着作業が煩雑
で手数を要する割には貼着作業の不完全等による

4bまで拡大すると共に左右の側縁1a,1a及
び下縁1bをドア4の外周縁4bの形状に適合す
る形に成形し、ドアパツド1の上縁1cの左右端
部を第3図の如く外方に向つて斜め下向きに傾斜
させた傾斜縁を形成するか或いは第4図の如くド
ア4の外周縁4bと接する裏面に上縁1c側から
側縁1aに亘り斜め下向きに凹ませた傾斜溝を形
成して導水部1dを設け、このドアパツド1を内
側パネル5に対向するようにドア4の室内側に当
接し、左右の側縁1a,1a及び下縁1b並びに
ドア4の外周縁4bに穿設してある小孔に軟質合
成樹脂製のフアスナー6の2分割した脚部6a,
6aを嵌着し、側縁1a,1a及び下縁1bをフ
アスナー6によりドア4に固定して成るものであ

本考案は上述のように構成したので、ドアガラ
ス7の昇降口7aからドア4内に浸入した水ヘが
内側パネル5の作業穴5aを通りドアパツド1の
裏面に達しても、水ヘはそのまゝドアパツド1の
裏面を伝わりドア4の外周縁4bの位置まで達し
てドア4の外側に流れる。またドア4の上半部即
ちドアパツド1を取り付けた部分より上方の部分
に於いて、ドア4の外周縁4bと車体2のドア取
付開口部周縁2aに取り付けたドアシール3との
接触面に当つて流下してくる水の一部はドアパツ
ド1の上縁1cの左右端部に形成した導水部1d
である傾斜縁によつて受け止められると同時に該
縁に沿つて斜め下外方に流れるか、或いは導水部
1dである傾斜溝を通つて斜め下外方に流れ、ま
た水の他の部分はドア4の外周縁4bを伝わりそ
の侭下方に流下して路面に落下することとなるの
で、室内側に水が漏れて来ることがなく、在来の
ウオーターシールも、また作業穴に対するウオー
ターシールの貼着作業も不要となり、ウオーター
シールの不完全貼着に起因する水漏れのおそれも
なく、浸水及び漏水の防止効果を充分発揮出来、
またドアパツドの成形も容易であると同時にドア
に対する固定もフアスナーにより行うので簡単迅
速で、在来の貼着作業に比べはるかに能率的で資
材及び手数の点から生産コストを低減出来るもの

け、このドアパツド1をドア4の室内側外面に接
合して側縁1a,1a及び下縁1bをドア4に固
定したことを特徴とする自動車ドアの水漏れ防止
