えており、前記電磁比例制御弁の吐出ポート下流
側の流路に絞りを設け、この絞りの前後の差圧に
よつて前記補助弁のスプールを前記戻しばねの付
勢力に抗して開方向へ移動させるようにした流量
制御弁装置において、前記補助弁のスプールと接
点との互いの接触部の少なくとも一方をスプール
の移動方向へ弾性変位可能としたことを特徴とす
る流量制御弁装置。
