て、上記弁エレメントにはその中心軸方向に延び
る軸孔とこの軸孔から外周面に延びるオリフイス
とが形成され、弁エレメントの軸孔およびオリフ
イスを経てハウジングのオーバーフローポートか
ら流体がオーバーフローされるようになつており
、上記弁エレメントのオリフイスの少なくとも出
口部は、その延長線が弁エレメントの中心軸から
外れるように配置されていることを特徴とする電
