これに連動するように直結されてガス流入口１０
からガス流出口１１へ向う弁口８を開閉する弁体
３と、ダイヤフラム１の動きを磁力にて外的にコ
ントロールする電磁装置１３と、電磁装置の固定
鉄心４に対応するようにダイヤフラム１側に設け
たマグネツト体２とよりなり、前記マグネツト体
２をダイヤフラムと別体に分離してこのマグネツ
ト体を弁ケース本体２０側に固定した軸受部９に
上下スライド自由に嵌挿支持したスライドピン６
の上端に設けると共に、スライドピン６の下端部
６ａをダイヤフラム１の受圧板２１上に当接する
ように対向してなることを特徴とする閉止機能付
