- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路基板の一方の面にのみ配線膜を形成し、該
回路基板の配線膜形成面に信号処理集積回路を配
置し、上記回路基板の他方の面に受光器を含む他
の電気部品をマウントした光信号受信回路を有す
る光信号受信装置であつて、 上記配線膜のパターンは、上記光信号受信回路
の入力回路を構成する配線膜群及び同じく出力回
路を構成する配線膜群がそれぞれアース配線膜に
よつて囲繞されるようにされてなる ことを特徴とする光信号受信装置。
