Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 生体物質を下溶性担体に固定化した活性リアク
    タに緩衝液とともに試料を導入し、試料が上記生
    体物質と反応あるいは作用して生ずるエンタルピ
    ー変化による上記活性リアクタの温度変化を計測
    し、試料の基質を検出する熱量計測型バイオセン
    サシステムにおいて、活性リアクタの出口に温接
    点を配置し、該活性リアクタの入口(参照用リア
    クタを設けたシステムでは参照用リアクタの出口
    )に冷接点を配置したサーモパイルまたは赤外線
    受光型サーモパイルによつて活性リアクタの温度
    変化を計測する構成としたことを特徴とする熱量
    計測型バイオセンサシステム。
