  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面に半透明層を有する板部材上に配設された
    部品を、テレビジヨンカメラで撮映し、この撮映
    データに基づいて、上記部品を認識する部品の検
    査装置であつて、 板部材上の撮映中心に対して、板部材との角度
    を４５度以下で照明する照明手段と、 上記テレビジヨンカメラと上記板部材との間に
    、所定の光学特性の光学フイルタを介装するフイ
    ルタ介装手段と、 上記板部材の色データと部品の色データとに基
    づいて、板部材と部品とのコントラスト比を所定
    以上とするフイルタを選択するフイルタ選択手段
    と を備えることを特徴とする部品の検査装置。
