クタ・エミツタからなる入・出力部が直列に挿入
接続され、かつベースに与えられる制御信号に応
答してオンオフ動作する制御トランジスタと、出
力電圧の大きさの変化を検出し、その検出結果に
基づいてその出力電圧が一定となるように前記制
御トランジスタのオンオフ動作を制御する制御信
号を前記制御トランジスタのベースに出力する制
御回路とを具備する降圧型スイツチングレギユレ
ータにおいて、 前記入力端子と前記制御トランジスタの入力部
との間の電源ライン(入力側電源ライン)に接続
され、前記入力側電源ラインを介して与えられる
入力電圧が所定値以下のときはその入力電圧の変
化に追随して変化し、その入力電圧が所定値に達
した後はその入力電圧の変化とは無関係の一定の
基準電圧を出力する基準電圧回路と、前記入力電
圧を作動電源として供給されるとともに前記基準
電圧が一方の入力部に与えられ、前記出力電圧が
他方の入力部に与えられ、前記基準電圧が前記出
力電圧よりも、大きいときに前記制御トランジス
タをオン駆動する駆動信号を出力し、小さいとき
はその駆動信号の出力を停止する比較器とを備え
、 前記制御回路は、その電源受給部を前記出力端
子と前記制御トランジスタの出力部との間の電源
ライン(出力側電源ライン)に接続されるととも
に、前記比較器が駆動信号の出力を停止する前に
供給されるその電源受給部への出力電圧により作
動して前記制御信号の出力を開始することを特徴
