供給され、かつ、出力電圧が前記所定レベルにな
るまでの時定数が前記所定の時間より大なる時定
数回路と、 この時定数回路の出力電圧が制御電圧として印
加され、この制御電圧が前記所定レベルになるこ
とにより前記定電圧回路が非動作になるよう切換
えられる第２のスイツチング手段とを設けたこと
