  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車両の制動を行なう車両制動手段と、 アクセルペダルの踏込量を検出する踏込量検出
    手段と、 少なくとも上記検出された踏込量に従い車両の
    駆動力を調節する駆動力制御手段と、 を備えて車両の走行状態を制御する車両走行制
    御装置において、 上記アクセルペダルの踏力又は踏み込み加速度
    からアクセルペダルの踏み込み状態を検出する踏
    込状態検出手段と、 上記アクセルペダルを踏む足の踵が車体上に置
    かれているか否かの踵の状態を検出する踵状態検
    出手段と、 該検出される踵の状態及び上記検出されるアク
    セルペダルの踏み込み状態に基づき上記アクセル
    ペダルの誤操作を判定する誤操作判定手段と、 該誤操作判定手段により上記アクセルペダルが
    誤操作されたと判定されたときには、上記駆動力
    制御手段により車両の駆動力を低下させ、及び／
    又は、上記車両制動手段により制動を行ない車両
    の走行を抑止する走行抑止手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする車両走行制御装置。
