液がワイヤ電極におよぼす作用を説明する断面図
、第5図は従来の位置決め用ガイドダイスの概略
断面形状を示す断面図、第6図は従来のガイドダ
イスを使用した場合の問題点を説明する説明図で
ある。
図において、1はワイヤ電極、14は位置決め
ガイドダイスチツプ、15はソレノイド、10は
ダイスチツプ支持台である。なお、図中の同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。
