Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 工作機械に着脱自在に設けられたボデーと、該
ボデーに緊密にかつ回動可能に嵌合し、空気流の
ための導通穴を有する継手ボデーと、工作機械に
固設され、流体源から前記継手ボデーに空気を流
す結合金具と、前記ボデーに進退自在に嵌合し、
背部からばねによつて外方に突出して設けられ、
先端部に空気噴出用のノズルを備えたノズル体と
、該ノズル体の先端の前記ノズルを囲んで嵌着さ
れ、被検査体貫通孔の開口端との気密を保持する
Ｏリングとから本体部を構成し、 前記ノズル体に空気を供給するとともに、ノズ
ル体側の圧力上昇によつて作用する圧力検出器を
備えた空気圧装置を設けたことを特徴とした貫通
孔の検査装置。
