    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理物をＬ形ハンガーに載せて表面処理槽内
    の処理液中に浸漬するコンベアを取り付けるコン
    ベアフレームが、表面処理槽の上方に沿つて架設
    されると共に、Ｌ形ハンガーに載せられた被処理
    物が表面処理槽内に完没する区域にわたつてトン
    ネル形のダクトに形成され、当該区域には、前記
    コンベアフレームと表面処理槽の側壁との間に開
    口する表面処理槽の上面を開放可能に閉塞する点
    検蓋が設けられていることを特徴とするデイツプ
    式表面処理装置。
