Abstract

PURPOSE:To permeate water even into the central part and contrive improvement in strength of products, by supplying misty water into enclosure frames in placing enclosure frames on concrete products demolded and placed on pallets, piling up the pallets and curing the concrete products. CONSTITUTION:Concrete blocks (C) are placed on flat pallets 2, conveyed and successively stopped at stopping positions and enclosure frames 3 for supporting the pallets of the same shape at a height out of contact with the blocks (C) are placed on the outside of the blocks (C) on the pallets 2. Pallets in this state are successively piled up in a suitable number of stages to place a lid 7 on the enclosures 3 on the topmost stage. Curing is then carried out. In the process, misty cold water is blown into the enclosure frames 3 to wrap the blocks (C) still in an unhardened state. Thereby rapid hydrating reaction of cement can be delayed to remarkably improve deterioration in elongation of long-period strength which is considered as a disadvantage of a conventional steam curing method.

<Conventional technology> When curing concrete products on pallets that have been molded using a molding device that allows immediate demolding, there are two methods: storing the pallets on rack shelves and curing them, and stacking the pallets directly on top of the products without using racks. There is a method of curing it.

In addition, the method of directly stacking uncured products in multiple stages via pallets has the drawback that the products in the lower stages are easily deformed or damaged, and rust and dirt from the upper palettes can adhere to the top surface of the products. Color unevenness occurs in the product, and product value is significantly impaired.

In either method, if steam curing is performed to shorten the curing time, the outer periphery of the cement particles will react with the hot steam, making it difficult for moisture to penetrate into the center, making it difficult to expect long-term strength elongation.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The concrete product curing method of the present invention sequentially sends the concrete products that come out from the forming device on flat pallets one after another to a conveyance line, and removes the outside of the products on the pallets during conveyance. The pallets of the same shape are placed with an enclosing frame that supports them at a height that does not touch the products, and transported to the curing yard. After covering the frame, the process of changing the rows and stacking them to a predetermined number of stages is repeated.

In the space of the enclosing frame formed by stacking, a mist of moisture is applied to the outer periphery of the cement particles by enveloping it for a certain period of time in order to obtain the optimum water utilization reaction temperature depending on the outside air temperature and the type of product. Initial curing that improves the quality of concrete products by delaying the reaction, allowing moisture to penetrate deep into the center of the cement, causing the cement to react, and then repeatedly supplying water in the form of mist after a set period of time has elapsed to improve the quality of concrete products. This is what we do.

Function> This invention allows products to be stacked in multiple stages for curing after demolding, without applying heavy pressure to the uncured products in the same way as when they are stored in racks. Place a frame slightly higher than the thickness of the product on top. As a result, the products are sealed by the upper and lower pallets.

By repeatedly supplying cold water spray, steam, etc. to this sealed space containing the product for a certain period of time depending on the seasonal temperature and the shape and type of the product, the optimum temperature for water utilization reaction is maintained and the ideal initial stage is achieved. You can take care of yourself.

When a predetermined number of pallets are sent onto the roller conveyor, the proximity switch 11 is actuated, and the stacking/unloading transfer device l waiting on the ceiling descends and the surrounding frame is placed on the roller conveyor from above. The four pallets are held at once by the opening/closing fork 12 and lifted upwards via the lifting chain 14, and transferred to the curing yard as shown in FIG.

In this way, a suitable number of pallets are stacked one after another on the enclosing frame, and the lid 7 is placed on the enclosing frame at the top stage, and then the above-mentioned stacking operation is repeated one after another by changing the rows.

Next, when starting initial curing, the temperature inside the box should be 21
Depending on the season and the outside air temperature during the day, cold air and cold water are sent into the enclosure during the high temperature summer months, and conversely, steam and hot air are supplied in the low temperature winter months for water conservation. The temperature within the surrounding frame is maintained so that the cement progresses sufficiently into the center of the cement.

At this time, if a heat insulating material 5 is attached to the inner surface a of the enclosing frame so as not to be affected by the outside air temperature, the temperature in the space can be maintained at the set temperature for a relatively long period of time.

In this way, if a mist of cold water of about 12 degrees Celsius is blown into an atmosphere of 21 degrees Celsius, which is the optimum temperature for initial curing, to envelop the concrete product that has not hardened yet, the rapid water utilization reaction of cement will be delayed and water will be absorbed into the cement particles. By penetrating deeply into the center of the steel, it is possible to significantly improve the reduction in elongation of long-term strength, which is a shortcoming of conventional steam curing methods.

In order to keep the temperature of the products in the stacked enclosure frames 3 within the determined temperature range for a certain period of time, cold water, steam, etc. are supplied again for about 6 to 8 hours, and then the temperature is maintained for a certain period of time. After the initial curing is completed, the product pallets 2 with enclosing frames are sequentially unloaded from the top and sent onto a transport line conveyor (not shown), and the enclosing frames are collected on the way. The product is then transferred to the enclosing frame device position shown in FIG. 1 again and placed on the formed product on the pallet. It will be done. On the other hand, after curing, the products and pallets are separated, and the products are returned to the stockyard and the pallets are returned to the molding machine.

One embodiment of the present invention has been described above, and the present invention is capable of controlling the temperature of the kneaded cement particles while being surrounded by cold water spray at a temperature of about 12°C or less, where the water utilization reaction at the outer periphery is relatively slow. The reaction at the outer periphery was delayed to allow moisture to penetrate into the center of the cement particles.

Therefore, when the temperature of cement particles reaches 14°C or higher, the reaction of cement is accelerated, so the water supply is stopped for a certain period of time to promote hydration, and after the set period of time has elapsed, the water is added again. The supplying work can also be repeated by automatically controlling the steam vibrator 15, cold water pipe 16 for spraying, etc. installed in the curing yard by connecting them to the surrounding frames and using a control device.

In addition, by making the baby space of the stacked enclosure frames airtight, or by installing ventilation holes 18 in a part of the peripheral wall of the enclosure frame, the ventilation holes 18 can be adjusted according to the conditions such as the season and the curing yard. Alternatively, the temperature inside each frame can be controlled all at once by sealing only the enclosure frames at both ends of the same row and connecting the middle part or each enclosure frame in a multi-tier stack with pipes, etc. You may also do this.

In addition, when the process of blowing carbon dioxide gas into the surface of surface curlers, etc., is carried out at the same time, the calcium hydroxide produced as a result of the cement's water use reaction reacts with the carbon dioxide gas and becomes neutral, resulting in a smooth and vivid color. .

In this way, this invention can be modified and applied as appropriate depending on the implementation conditions. <Effects of the Invention> The method for curing concrete products of this invention is as follows: By supplying gases such as steam, hot air, carbon dioxide gas, and cold water mist to the stacked product space on the pallet so that the temperature range is within a certain range depending on the outside air temperature, the mixed and agitated cement particles take on a high level of heat. This prevents the conventional drawback that only the outer periphery of the cement reacts rapidly due to the high temperature of the steam, which prevents it from penetrating into the center of the cement.
