するレーザ発振受信部材をそれぞれ一体に設け、
前記軸部材に、前記各レーザ発振受信部材から発
振されたレーザを反射させる反射面をそれぞれ設
けるとともに、前記各レーザ発振受信部材が受信
したデータを送信する送信部材を設け、前記送信
部材から送信されたデータを受信して、このデー
タに基づいて前記各回転部材と前記軸部材との角
度変位量および軸線方向変位量を算出する受信部
材を設けたことを特徴とするミスアラインメント
