Claims (1)

操作レバーと前記作用部材とを係合させて該作用
部材を前記一軸まわりに回動させるが、該パーキ
ングブレーキの作用状態において前記操作レバー
が前記原位置から回動操作された操作位置から該
原位置に向う方向へ回動操作される際には前記作
用部材を回動させることなく該操作レバーのみが
回動することを許容する係合機構と を備え、前記操作レバーが前記原位置から回動
操作されて前記作用部材が前記一軸まわりに回動
させられることにより、前記ブレーキケーブルを
引き締めて前記パーキングブレーキを作用させる
一方、前記ポールと前記セクタとの噛合いによつ
て該パーキングブレーキの作用状態が維持され、
且つ該パーキングブレーキの作用状態を維持した
まま前記操作レバーを前記原位置に向う方向へ回
動させることが許容される型式のパーキングブレ

動させられるのに伴つて弾性変形量が一旦増加し

作に節度を付与する節度機構を設けたことを特徴
