  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所要のブロツク形状を呈するケーキの外部
    垂直面にフイルムを包囲的に巻付けるに際し、前
    記フイルムの所要個所に垂直に溶着シールが施さ
    れていることを特徴とするケーキの包装形態。 (2) 前記溶着シールは溶断融着シールである請
    求項１記載のケーキの包装形態。 (3) 前記フイルムに施した溶着シールの外方に
    舌片を突出形成した請求項１記載のケーキの包装
    形態。 (4) 前記フイルムにおける溶断融着シールを施
    した個所の上部に、所要形状の切込みを形成した
    請求項２記載のケーキの包装形態。
