Effects In the first invention, in addition to controlling the amount of processing liquid flowing out from the processing liquid injection part of the normal processing liquid circulation path so that it flows out at the same flow rate as before, a pipe branched from this is provided to control the flow of the processing liquid from the storage tank. Since the processing liquid is made to flow out from above, the processing liquid flowing out from above the retention tank is also added to the flow rate ejected from the processing liquid injection part, and a large flow rate of processing liquid is supplied into the retention tank. It will be done.

Therefore, there is no problem of over-rubbing the fabric or the generation of fuzz, etc., and since the overall processing liquid circulation rate is increased by the branch piping, the temperature and dye concentration of the processing liquid are sufficiently uniform. As a result, level dyeing properties were improved, and the number of times the fabric etc. came into contact with the treatment solution was also significantly increased, making it possible to shorten the dyeing time.

Furthermore, since the flow rate flowing out from the above-mentioned flow path is varied, the flow rate in the retention tank changes, which prevents the fabric from floating or being attracted to the liquid suction section, causing scratches and bumps on the fabric. In addition, rhythmic movement is provided by the movement of the processing liquid, which has the effect of improving level dyeing.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the retention tank l and the transfer section 2 have a low bath ratio.
The treatment is carried out while the cloth is being moved through the cloth circulation treatment path. The processing liquid sucked from the liquid suction section 3 is circulated through the pump 5, heat exchanger 6, connecting pipe 7, nozzle 4, and transfer section 2 in the processing liquid circulation path. A branch pipe 9 branched from a position beyond the heat exchanger 6 in this processing liquid circulation path allows the processing liquid to flow out from above the retention tank l. By adjusting the flow rate adjustment valve 10, the amount of processing liquid that flows out in a shower-like manner can be varied. When the valve is opened, the amount of flowing out of the processing liquid in a shower-like manner is added to the normal processing liquid circulation amount, so a large amount of processing liquid flows out. The processing liquid is circulated at a low bath ratio. Part of the shower with a large amount of processing liquid! When the fabric flows out from the liquid suction section 3, the fabric approaches the liquid suction section 3, and when the flow rate regulating valve 10 is throttled, it moves away from the liquid suction section 3. By repeating this process, the fabric moves rhythmically. The amount of outflow from the branch pipe 7 is changed at extremely short intervals, and may be changed automatically at regular intervals.

It is appropriate to open and close the flow rate regulating valve IO at intervals of about 5 to 30 seconds. Since a large amount of suction is always drawn from the liquid suction section, a large amount of processing liquid is circulated, which has the effect of making the concentration distribution and temperature distribution of the dye uniform and maintaining level dyeing. Since the fabric moves accordingly, there are no scratches or bumps caused by suction into the suction part as in the conventional example, further improving level dyeing properties and shortening the dyeing time.

Effects of the Invention As the first aspect of the present invention, a part of the shower branched from the processing liquid circulation path is provided, and by adding the flow rate from this part of the shower, processing is performed at a large flow rate, and the flow rate from the liquid suction part to this part is increased. By sucking in the corresponding processing liquid and further increasing the circulation frequency of the processing liquid to 2.0 to 4.0 times/min, it has become possible to operate at a low bath ratio with a large flow rate.

In addition, by varying the flow rate from a portion of the shower at short intervals, a rhythmic speed is generated in the fabric in the retention tank, which prevents scratches and bumps caused by suction. By repeating the rhythmic movement, the retention tank can be moved smoothly, making it possible to process with a nice texture.

In the apparatus of the second invention, a large amount of processing liquid flows in the retention tank by a branch pipe branching from the treatment liquid circulation path, a flow adjustment valve, and a part of the shower provided above the retention tank. Although the bath ratio was low, the number of contacts with the treatment liquid was increased, and the level dyeing property was improved in a short time. Furthermore, by causing fluctuations in the flow rate, there is no danger of the fabric coming into contact with the liquid suction section.
