【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金型に複数の筒状の金具を所定ピツチでセツト
した状態において、該金型に成形材料を射出して
該成形材料と金具とを一体に成形する射出成形機
に対して、前記セツト数に対応した数の金具を分
離しつつ供給する装置であつて、 (イ) 前記金型における金具のセツト位置と同ピ
ツチで並べられた金具をチヤツクして取り出すチ
ヤツク装置と、 (ロ) 該チヤツク装置を移送して、チヤツクされ
た複数の金具を前記金型における金具のセツト位
置まで搬送し、そこでチヤツクによる金具の保持
を解除せしめる移送装置と、 (ハ) 複数の金具を載せて連続的に搬送するコン
ベヤベルトと、該コンベヤベルト上において該ベ
ルトの搬送方向と同方向に互いに平行に且つ前記
金型における金具のセツト位置間の半分のピツチ
で該ベルトの搬送方向と直角方向に複数設けられ
たガイド路とを有し、該ガイド路により移動案内
を行いつつコンベヤベルトにより複数の金具を整
列状態で且つ前後に接触可能な状態で取出ステー
シヨンへと搬送するコンベヤ装置と、 (ニ) 該取出ステーシヨンに配置され、前記ガイ
ド路の配列数に対応した位置決め溝を有して、搬
送されて来た金具のうち最前端の金具のみを該位
置決め溝内に導き入れるとともに、溝底部を該最
前端の金具に当接させて金具の前進を停止させる
位置出し部材と、該位置出し部材を前記ガイド路
の配列方向と直角な方向に且つ該ガイド路とガイ
ド路との間のピツチ分だけ往復動させ、その往動
時に前記位置決め溝内に入り込んだ最前端の金具
をその後の金具より切り離しつつ該直角方向に移
動させ、その際に溝の一側面により一列おきの金
具を前記チヤツク装置によるチヤツク位置に位置
出しさせる一方、復動時に残余の一列おきの金具
を前記位置決め溝の他側面により該チヤツク位置
に位置出しさせる駆動装置とを備えた位置出し装
置と、 を有することを特徴とする射出成形機用の金具
