【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、流量制御弁における流量制御ねじ
部のシール性を高めるようにした流量制御弁に関
するものである。

ール材5を嵌合保持せしめるための円周溝6また
は本体1にはOリング5が摺動する嵌合凹部7を
形成しなければならないものであつた。従つてこ
のような従来の流量制御用雄ねじにあつては、そ
のねじ部以外にシール材5を嵌合保持させるため
の円周溝6を設けなければならず、また本体1に
は嵌合凹部7を形成しなければならないことか
ら、流量制御用雄ねじ及びその支持部の形状が複
雑となり、さらには大型化されるといつた問題点
があつた。さらに従来においては、第5図に示す
如く本体1の雌ねじ1bに螺合されるゴム製のね
じ状ビード5aを、雄ねじ3aの一部に取付けて
このビード5aを前記の雌ねじ1bに嵌合させて
シールを行なうものがあるが、この場合、ビード
5aのねじ山即ちピツチが雄ねじ3のピツチと等
しく、かつ連続するように形成しなければならな
いことから、この雄ねじ3とビード5aの寸法精
度及び位置精度が高く要求され、これが原因で経
済性に優れた流量制御弁を得ることができない等
の問題点があつた。

ド4aに相当する空間を有する型を製作し、その
型を軸部3aにセツトした後、該空間内に溶融ゴ
ムを流し込んで固着させるのが良い。その際ビー
ド4aがねじ状ではなく、軸線方向の突条になつ
ているため、第5図で示したねじ状のビードを作
る場合に比べ、ビード4のピツチを流量制御用雄
ねじ3のピツチと連結するように合わせる必要が
なく、型の製作が容易であるという効果もある。
