成しなければならないものであつた。従つてこの
ような従来の流量調整用雄ねじにあつては、その
ねじ部以外にシール材5を嵌合保持させるための
円周溝6を設けなければならず、また本体1には
嵌合凹部7を形成しなければならないことから、
流量制御用雄ねじ及びその支持部の形状が複雑と
なり、さらには大型化されるといつた問題点があ
つた。さらに従来においては、第4図に示す如く
本体1の雌ねじ1bに螺合されるゴム製のねじ状
ビード5aを、雄ねじ3aの一部に取付けてこの
ビード5aを前記の雌ねじ1bに嵌合させてシー
ルを行なうものがあるが、この場合、ビード5a
のねじ山即ちピツチが雄ねじ3のピツチと等しく
かつ連続するように形成しなければならないこと
から、この雄ねじ3とビード5aの寸法精度及び
位置精度が高く要求され、これが原因で経済性に
優れた流量制御弁を得ることができない等の問題
点があつた。
