A detector is attached to the tire, and a detector is installed on the track side. When a tire is punctured, the detector descends and contacts the detector on the track side, and this detector is activated to detect a tire puncture. There are things etc.

欠点もある。 However, with either of these devices, a pressure switch or detector must be installed on each vehicle and on each of its pneumatic tires, which means that a large number of these devices are required. It also lacks sex. Furthermore, the former device has an expensive air pressure switch, which increases equipment costs, and the latter device has the disadvantage that it is easily damaged because the detector and the detector come into direct contact.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a pneumatic tire abnormality detection device that makes it possible to detect abnormalities in pneumatic tires.

On the other hand, a light emitter 7 is attached to a beam 6 provided higher than the height of the vehicle, and is located directly above the light receiver 5 and emits light onto the light receiver 5.

This alarm device is configured to issue an alarm when the light receiver 5 is cut off from receiving light from the light projector 7, upon receiving a light reception/cutoff signal from the light receiver 5.

Therefore, the alarm system will not operate. However, when a vehicle passes by that is tilted to one side as shown in Figure 2 due to a puncture in the pneumatic tire 3, the passage of light is interrupted by the corner of the roof of the vehicle on the tilted side, and therefore the light is not received. The device 5 sends a light-receiving signal to the warning device to activate the warning device, and thus a tire puncture is detected.

果を奏するものである。 As explained above, the present invention provides a light projector and a light receiver on both sides of the track, so that when a vehicle that is tilted due to a punctured pneumatic tire or a punctured air spring passes, the light is transmitted or interrupted by the vehicle. By installing a detector at a specific location, it is possible to detect abnormalities in all passing vehicles.
Significantly fewer detectors are required and therefore maintenance is significantly easier. In addition, since it is a non-contact type, the reliability of abnormality detection is high, and since no modification is required on the railcar itself, it is easy to apply to conventional railcars.
Furthermore, it has various effects such as being able to detect abnormalities in pneumatic tires regardless of whether the vehicle is running or stopped.
