ランジスタのベースあるいはゲートとの間に、周
波数が高くなるにつれてインピーダンスが低下す
る可変インピーダンス回路を接続したことを特徴
とするリンギングチヨークコンバータ。 (2) 可変インピーダンス回路が、抵抗とコンデ
ンサの直列回路である請求項１のリンギングチヨ
ークコンバータ。 (3) 可変インピーダンス回路が、コンデンサで
ある請求項１のリンギングチヨークコンバータ。 (4) 可変インピーダンス回路を、主スイツチン
グトランジスタのベース、エミツタ間に接続した
