Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水冷縦型多気筒エンジンのシリンダヘツド７に
おける前端壁に冷却水出口１１を開口し、シリン
ダヘツド７内のヘツドジヤケツト８の冷却水を冷
却水出口１１及び温水導出路を順に介してラジエ
ータ２の温水入口に導出するように構成した水冷
縦型多気筒エンジンのヘツド冷却装置において、 冷却水出口１１に流量調整弁１３を設け、流量
調整弁１３は冷却水出口１１の右側出口部分での
開量と左側出口部分での開量とを増減するよう構
成し、流量調節弁１３を弁操作手段１５で開量調
節操作可能に構成し、シリンダヘツド７の左側部
が過熱気味となる条件下では、弁操作手段１５が
流量調節弁１３を左側出口部分での開量を大きく
するとともに、右側出口部分での開量を小さくす
る方向に調節操作し、かつ、シリンダヘツド７の
右側部が過熱気味となる条件下では、弁操作手段
１５が流量調節弁１３を左側出口部分での開量を
小さくするとともに、右側出口部分での開量を大
きくする方向に調節操作するように構成したこと
を特徴とする水冷縦型多気筒エンジンのヘツド冷
却装置。
