  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サーモワツクスの伸縮によつて開弁量が制御さ
    れる吸入空気量調整弁を備え、前記サーモワツク
    スをエンジン冷却水の循環経路におけるシリンダ
    ブロツクのウオータジヤケツトよりも下流側の位
    置に配置し、前記エンジン冷却水の温度に応じて
    吸入空気量を制御するようになつたエンジンの吸
    入空気量制御装置において、 前記サーモワツクスよりも下流側に位置する前
    記エンジン冷却水の循環経路の一部分を、このサ
    ーモワツクスを通過する循環経路の部分よりも高
    い位置とするようにしたことを特徴とするエンジ
    ンの吸入空気量制御装置。
