If such a broken wire B is left as it is, it may not only cause corrosion due to the intrusion of rainwater, but also cause problems due to corona generation, or the broken wire 1a may hang down and cause a short circuit between phases. Therefore, it is most desirable to replace the broken span with a new line, but there are cases where it is difficult to perform such replacement immediately, and in such cases, conventionally
Using an armor rod 2' preformed into a spiral shape as shown in the figure, the winding was repaired so that the broken line B was located approximately in the middle as shown in Figure 10.

If the item is very small, only a small spacecraft can be used, and the work must be done by one person. It is very difficult to wind a long armor rod from its end by one person.

In order to prevent the running rolls from getting in the way, the mounting of the running rolls is characterized by forming a linear part that is longer than the spacing near the center of the armor rod, and the outer periphery of the electric wire near the center part is Similarly, when attaching the roll of the spacecraft, a sleeve longer than the spacing is fitted to reinforce it, and when winding the armor rod, the spacecraft rides on the fitted sleeve, and first the above-mentioned The gist is to fit the straight portion of the armor rod into the armor rod fitting groove formed in the sleeve, and to wrap the spiral portion of the armor rod from there toward the end. There it is,
This made it possible for one person to carry out repairs using a small spacecraft.

Therefore, the length of the linear portion 2a of the armor rod 2 is the same as that of the spacecraft 1o shown in FIG.
The distance between the running rolls 11 and 11- is longer than that between the running rolls 11 and 11-.

The length of this sleeve 3 is also longer than the mounting interval of the traveling rolls 11.11'' of the above-mentioned spacecraft 10, and its cross-sectional shape is as shown in FIG. 5, which is the A-A cross section of FIG. The cross section is structured in a C-shape,
The - side is formed into an opening 3a extending in the longitudinal direction. This opening 3a serves as a guide port for properly fitting the sleeve 3 to the overhead wire 1 where the wire breakage has occurred.

It is sufficient that it can be attached to the overhead wire 1, and it may be made of metal such as aluminum or aluminum alloy, and may have a so-called chopstick box-like structure by providing a slide piece for closing the opening 3a. However, from the standpoint of ease of attachment, it is desirable to use a material that is elastic in itself, such as rubber or plastic, rather than metal.

Load materials such as Sleeve 3 and Sleeve 3, and proceed from the steel tower to the disconnection section B. When you reach the disconnection part B, the 6th
As shown in the figure, the disconnected portion B is bound with a binding wire 4. After binding, the sleeve 3 is attached to the overhead wire 1 using the opening 3a of the sleeve 3 as a guide port so that the approximately central portion of the sleeve 3 becomes the disconnected portion B as shown in FIG. If the sleeve 3 is made of rubber, the sleeve 3 can be easily attached by covering the electric wire from one end of the sleeve, as shown in FIG.

The linear portion 2a of the armor rod 2 is fitted and fixed into the fitting groove 3a of the sleeve 3. However, if it is easy to fit the linear portion 2a of the armor rod 2 into the fitting groove 3a, the spacecraft 10
This may be performed before or while riding on the sleeve 3, so that the spacecraft 10 rides on the sleeve 3. Before and after such a procedure, it is thought that workability problems are involved depending on the installation interval of the traveling rolls 11 and 11'' of the spacecraft 10, but the technical idea of the present invention has been changed It's not something you give.
